The C&H Precision V4 Optic Mounting Plate SWMP-HOLOk-SHIELD-PLUS is a pistol optic mounting plate designed for converting Smith and Wesson M&P Shield Plus pistols to accept Holosun 407K and 507K optics.

This C&H Precision pistol optic mounting plate is used for adapting M&P Shield Plus optic-ready variants to the Holosun K-series footprint. It is constructed from 6061 aluminum with an anodized black finish and includes stainless steel mounting hardware. The plate fits S&W M&P Shield Plus platforms and supports compact optics installation. In standard configurations, it provides a direct interface between the slide cut and optic footprint. The product type pistol optic mounting plate is suitable for range use or concealed carry setups requiring K-series compatibility.
