This Samson Manufacturing Corp. Hannibal Picatinny Top Rail is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type III Class 2 gray anodized finish and measures 9.9 inches in length. It fits Ruger Mini 14, Mini 30, and AC-556 models manufactured in 2007 and earlier, replacing the factory handguard and mounting directly to the barrel. The integrated Picatinny rail allows attachment of micro red dot optics such as Trijicon RMR and similar footprints.
