The Arisaka Defense Tailcap Adapter Fits Rail Mounted Streamlight ProTac HL-X Black is a light adapter designed for adapting Streamlight ProTac HL-X lights to accept SureFire tailcaps.

The Arisaka Defense Tailcap Adapter is CNC machined from 6061-T651 aluminum with a hard coat anodized finish and measures approximately 1.04 inches in diameter. This light adapter attaches to compatible Streamlight ProTac HL-X rail mount lights and adds about 0.49 inches of length when installed. It requires a SureFire UE or DS tailcap for operation and does not include the tailcap. In practical use, the adapter includes O-rings for CR123 and 18650 batteries to limit internal movement. The Arisaka Defense Tailcap Adapter is used for integrating compatible tailcaps and switch systems during range use.
