The C&H Precision V4 Optic Mounting Plate FN509-509T-ST is a pistol optic mounting plate designed for converting FN 509/510/545 pistols to accept Holosun 509T optics.

This C&H Precision optic mounting plate is used for adapting optic-ready FN 509 platform slides to the Holosun 509T footprint. It features an anodized black finish and includes stainless steel mounting hardware for secure installation. The mount is manufactured in the USA and built for compatibility with FN 509 series pistols configured for optics.
