The C&H Precision V4 Optic Mounting Plate GL-509T-ST is a pistol optic mounting plate designed for converting Glock MOS pistols to accept Holosun 509T optics.

This C&H Precision pistol optic mounting plate is used for adapting Glock MOS slides to the Holosun 509T footprint.
