The C&H Precision V4 Optic Mounting Plate SGX-EPS is a pistol optic mounting plate designed for converting Sig Sauer P320 X-FIVE, M17, and M18 pistols with Romeo1Pro or DeltaPoint Pro cuts to accept Holosun EPS and EPS Carry optics.

This C&H Precision pistol optic mounting plate is used for adapting Sig P320 X-Series slides with R1P or DPP cuts to the Holosun EPS footprint. It is constructed from 6061 aluminum with a MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodized black finish. The plate includes replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts, mounting screws, and T-nuts for installation. In standard configurations, it provides multiple threads of engagement for secure optic attachment. The product type pistol optic mounting plate supports enclosed emitter optics and is suitable for range use or duty-style carry requiring EPS compatibility.
