The C&H Precision V4 Optic Mounting Plate SWMP-509T-ST is a pistol optic mounting plate designed for converting Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 CORE pistols to accept Holosun 509T optics.

This C&H Precision pistol optic mounting plate is used for adapting S&W M&P 2.0 CORE slides to the Holosun 509T footprint. It features a MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodized black finish and includes mounting hardware for installation. The plate fits CORE system platforms and supports enclosed emitter optics mounting. In standard configurations, it provides a direct interface between the slide cut and optic footprint.
