Product description

The C&H Precision V4 Optic Mounting Plate SWMP-EPS-975 is a pistol optic mounting plate designed for converting Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 CORE pistols to accept Holosun EPS and EPS Carry optics.

This C&H Precision pistol optic mounting plate is used for adapting S&W M&P 2.0 CORE slides to the Holosun EPS footprint. It is made from 6061 aluminum with a MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodized finish. The plate includes replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts, mounting screws, and T-nuts for installation. The mount fits CORE system pistols and supports enclosed emitter optics. In standard configurations, it provides multiple threads of engagement for secure mounting. The product type pistol optic mounting plate is suitable for range use or carry setups requiring EPS compatibility.
