The Magpul Industries MBUS Back-Up Front Sight Gen 2 is a flip-up front rifle sight designed for aiming on Picatinny rail-equipped firearms.

The Magpul Industries MBUS Back-Up Front Sight Gen 2 features a spring-loaded flip mechanism that allows activation from either side or by pressing the top. This model fits most 1913 Picatinny rail systems and is finished in Gray with a polymer body for reduced weight and durability under regular use. It includes protective wings that guard the A2 front sight post and an elevation-adjustable post for alignment adjustments. The detent and internal spring system keeps the sight locked in place while allowing folding under force. This product is used for backup sighting in rifle configurations and is tailored for AR15 and M16 platforms.
