The Magpul Industries MBUS Back-Up Rear Sight Gen 2 MAG248-GRY is a rifle sight designed for providing a secondary aiming solution. This rear sight mounts to Picatinny rails and deploys using a spring-loaded flip-up mechanism.

The Magpul Industries MBUS Back-Up Rear Sight Gen 2 MAG248-GRY features dual same-plane apertures with protective wings and a detent-adjustable windage knob for alignment control. It is constructed from polymer in a gray finish for reduced weight and resistance to impact in field use. This model fits most 1913 Picatinny rail systems and is tailored for AR15 and M16 platforms. The spring-loaded design allows activation from either side or by pressing the top, and it folds flat when not in use.
