Product description

The Midwest Industries Alpha AK Railed Top Cover/Dust Cover is a railed dust cover designed for mounting optics on AKM pattern rifles. This top cover provides a Picatinny rail interface and is intended for use with Midwest Industries Alpha Series handguards.

The Midwest Industries Alpha AK Railed Top Cover/Dust Cover is machined from 6061 aluminum with a hard coat anodized finish and features an adjustable locking block for fitment on most AK firearms. This model includes two aluminum and two steel stability struts and a dedicated recoil spring button for the Alpha system. In normal operation, this railed dust cover is used to retain zero through a patented return-to-zero design. The unit installs without permanent modification and forms a sealed lockup to reduce dust entry during range use or field handling.
