The Surefire DS00 Switch Receptacle is a remote switch component designed for providing a tailcap interface for Scoutlight weaponlights.

The Surefire DS00 Switch Receptacle features a black finish and includes a click on/off pushbutton switch with a system disable function. This component is constructed with a two-piece O-ring sealed housing for environmental protection. It accepts Surefire ST07, SR07, and SR07-D-IT remote tape switches, which are sold separately. This product is used for configuring remote switch capability on compatible Scoutlight weaponlights. In standard configurations, the receptacle threads onto the light body and serves as the connection point for external switches. The Surefire DS00 Switch Receptacle operates as a standalone interface component without an included cable or tape switch.
