The Trijicon Suppressor/Optic Height Night Sights White Front White Rear Green Lamps Fits Glock 42/43/43X/48 is a handgun sight designed for suppressor clearance and optic co-witnessing. This handgun sight uses tritium phosphor-filled lamps with white front and rear elements for alignment.

The Trijicon Suppressor/Optic Height Night Sights feature an elevated sight profile to clear suppressors and align with slide-mounted optics. It is designed to fit Glock 42, 43, 43X, and 48 models and includes protective aluminum sleeves and sapphire components for light distribution. A silicone rubber cushion supports resistance to recoil and maintenance exposure. This model is used for handgun configurations requiring back up iron sights and low-light visibility. In standard configurations, the sight mounts onto compatible slides for consistent alignment.
