The Rugged Suppressors R3 Flash Mitigation System Flash Hider 9/16×24 LH 7.62mm is a flash hider designed for reducing visible muzzle flash on 7.62 caliber rifle platforms. This flash hider uses a 9/16×24 left-hand thread pitch and features variable fluted prongs for flash control, and it is part of the Rugged Suppressors R3 Flash Mitigation System.

The Rugged Suppressors R3 Flash Mitigation System flash hider includes a toothless Dual Taper Locking System for suppressor mounting. It has a matte black finish and a 7.62mm bore size. This muzzle device is long enough for permanent attachment to 14.5 inch barrels to achieve 16 inch overall length. In standard configurations, the flash hider supports use with Rugged Suppressors rifle and multi-caliber suppressors while maintaining a snag-free external profile.
