The Magpul Industries XTM Hand Stop Kit is a hand stop accessory designed for providing a forward index point on Picatinny rail systems. This hand stop kit includes four components and is used to control hand placement and prevent forward movement toward the muzzle.

The Magpul Industries XTM Hand Stop Kit includes one hand stop, one index panel, one full XTM enhanced panel, and one half panel, all compatible with Picatinny rails. It features a lightweight low-profile construction with textured surfaces for consistent handling. This model fits standard Picatinny mounting systems and uses polymer materials for durability. In typical setups, the kit installs directly onto the rail to provide a fixed indexing point and forward barrier. It is designed to prevent the shooter’s hand from reaching the muzzle area. This hand stop kit is used for field carry and range applications requiring controlled hand positioning.
