The Magpul Industries M-LOK Rail Covers Type 2 Half Slot are rail covers designed for protecting and covering M-LOK compatible handguards.

The Magpul Industries M-LOK Rail Covers Type 2 Half Slot feature a low profile two piece design that installs directly onto most aluminum M-LOK handguards. These rail covers fit full and half size M-LOK slots and include a TSP textured surface for additional grip. This product is used for covering unused rail sections and improving handling in range use or field setups. Each panel protrudes approximately 1/8 inch from the mounting surface and includes beveled contours to reduce snagging. In normal operation, the Magpul Industries M-LOK Rail Covers Type 2 Half Slot include four panels, each covering half a slot, and are not compatible with polymer handguards or certain wider free float profiles.
