The Leapers, Inc. – UTG Side Mount Fits AK Black is a scope mount designed for attaching optics to AK platform rifles with a side rail.

This side mount is constructed for compatibility with most AK variants equipped with a factory side rail and features a top Picatinny rail with 16 slots for optics attachment. The design includes a U-cut on the top rail that allows continued use of iron sights when the mount is installed. It attaches using a quick detach interface for installation and removal without tools. This model is used for mounting scopes or optics in rifle configurations requiring side rail interfaces. The black finish provides a standard appearance. In practical use, the UTG side mount enables optic placement while maintaining access to existing sight systems.
