The C&H Precision V4 Optic Mounting Plate SWMP-RSH-975 is a pistol optic mounting plate designed for converting Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 CORE pistols to accept RMR-pattern and compatible optics.

This C&H Precision pistol optic mounting plate is used for adapting S&W M&P 2.0 CORE platforms to Trijicon RMR, SRO, and Holosun 407C, 507C, 508C, and 507 Comp optics. It is constructed from 6061 aluminum with an anodized black finish and includes stainless steel mounting hardware. The plate fits CORE system pistols and supports multiple optic footprints within the RMR pattern category. In standard configurations, it provides a direct interface between the slide cut and optic footprint. The product type pistol optic mounting plate is suitable for range use or duty-style setups requiring RMR compatibility.
