The Midwest Industries Alpha Series Railed Dot Mount is a red dot mount designed for attaching optics to AKM pattern rifles. This optic mount provides a Picatinny interface for compatible red dot sights and is intended for use with Midwest Industries Alpha Series handguards.

The Midwest Industries Alpha Series Railed Dot Mount is constructed from 6061 aluminum with a hard coat anodized finish and uses laser cut 4140 steel stability struts. This mount fits most AKM pattern rifles when paired with the Alpha Series handguard system and maintains the factory rear sight with a lower 1/3 cowitness sight picture. In typical setups, this red dot mount attaches to the gas tube area to provide a stable mounting surface.
