The Fortis Manufacturing, Inc. Billet Dust Cover is constructed from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum and features a Type III hardcoat anodized finish in Flat Dark Earth. This AR-15 dust cover measures 3.13 inches in length and 0.885 inches in width, with a total weight of 0.4 ounces. It is designed to fit mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers and includes a spring and C-clip for installation. This product is used for maintaining internal cleanliness of the action during storage or transport. In typical setups, this rifle dust cover provides a consistent fit within .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO compatible builds and is made in the USA.
