The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite Complete Upper Receiver features a 16 inch barrel constructed from 4150 chrome-moly steel with a black nitride finish. It includes an AR-15/M16 bolt carrier group and a Bad Rack-15 ambidextrous charging handle as part of the assembly. The receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and incorporates a free float M-LOK handguard with attachment points at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, along with a full-length Picatinny rail at 12 o’clock. This product is used for upper assembly function and attaches to compatible AR-15 lower receivers. In standard configurations, the system provides a complete upper interface for range or field use.
