The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite Complete Upper Receiver is a complete upper receiver designed for AR-15 rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO.

The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite Complete Upper Receiver features a 16 inch 4150 chrome-moly steel barrel with a black nitride finish and includes an AR-15/M16 bolt carrier group. It comes equipped with a Bad Rack-15 C ambidextrous charging handle and is built from 7075-T6 aluminum construction. The assembly incorporates a free float M-LOK handguard with mounting slots at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, along with a continuous Picatinny rail at the 12 o’clock position. This product is used for upper receiver function and mounts to compatible AR-15 lower receivers. In normal operation, it provides a complete upper system suitable for range use or field configurations.
