The Magpul Industries STR Stock is constructed from reinforced polymer with an olive drab green finish and incorporates a sloping cheek weld geometry. This model includes dual water-resistant battery storage tubes located on the left and right sides. It mounts to a mil-spec diameter carbine buffer tube and utilizes a shielded release latch to reduce unintended adjustments. A supplemental friction lock helps limit excess movement between the stock and extension tube. The rifle stock also integrates sling attachment points including loops and a reversible QD mount. In typical setups, the Magpul Industries STR Stock includes a 0.30 inch rubber butt-pad to maintain stable shoulder placement during range use.
