Product description

The Cold Steel Gladius Machete is a machete designed for cutting and clearing tasks. This machete features an 18 inch blade made from 1055 carbon steel with a plain edge and black anti-rust finish.

The Cold Steel Gladius Machete has an overall length of approximately 25.875 inches and a blade thickness of about 2.8 mm. It uses a polypropylene handle measuring approximately 5 5/8 inches and includes a Cor-Ex sheath for carry. The 1055 carbon steel blade is spring tempered and maintains a defined cutting profile. In practical use, the machete is used for outdoor clearing or field tasks. The Cold Steel Gladius machete maintains a full tang construction with a guard and pommel design for controlled handling.
