The Faxon Firearms Rimfire Pencil Barrel 22 LR 16″ is a rifle barrel designed for Ruger 10/22 non-takedown platforms chambered in .22 LR. This rifle barrel is used for rimfire rifle builds requiring a lightweight 16 inch barrel configuration.

The Faxon Firearms Rimfire barrel features 416-R stainless steel construction with a pencil profile and a 1:16 twist rate. It includes 6 groove rifling, a recessed target crown, and a tapered design measuring .625 inches after the chamber and .500 inches before the thread shoulder. The barrel is finished with salt bath nitride and uses a 1/2×28 muzzle thread. This rifle barrel fits 10/22 non-takedown platforms and weighs approximately 1.0 pound. In standard configurations, the lightweight profile supports reduced front-end weight for range use and field carry.
