The Fortis Manufacturing, Inc. Billet Dust Cover is a rifle dust cover designed for protecting the ejection port on AR-15 platforms.

The Fortis Manufacturing, Inc. Billet Dust Cover is machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a Type III hardcoat anodize in gold. This AR-15 dust cover measures 3.13 inches long and 0.885 inches wide, with a weight of 0.4 ounces. It fits standard mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers and includes a spring and C-clip for proper installation. This product is used for shielding internal components from debris during non-firing conditions. In standard configurations, this rifle dust cover is compatible with .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO builds and maintains consistent alignment during use. The component is manufactured in the USA.
