The LanTac USA LLC Enhanced M16 Bolt Carrier Group .223/5.56 NATO Nickel Boron is a bolt carrier group designed for cycling and chambering rounds in AR-15 pattern rifles. This bolt carrier group supports .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO calibers for standard AR platform use. This model features a full M16 profile carrier and enhanced internal geometry.

The Enhanced M16 Bolt Carrier Group is precision machined from 8620 steel with a bolt made from Carpenter 158 steel and MPI tested. It is coated with electroless nickel boron using the UCT EXO process, providing a surface hardness of 82–85 Rockwell C and a low friction coefficient. In normal operation, this bolt carrier group is used for range use and rifle assembly applications. The coating supports reduced friction and consistent cycling, and the assembly is built to operate in both suppressed and unsuppressed configurations.
