The Maxim Defense Industries Heavy Buffer JP Silent Capture Spring is a recoil buffer system designed for use with the Maxim Defense CQB stock system.

This Maxim Defense Industries Heavy Buffer JP Silent Capture Spring is manufactured specifically to function with the Maxim Defense CQB Stock System and is not compatible with standard AR-15 buffer assemblies. It features a black finish and incorporates a JP Silent Captured Spring System configured for controlled internal cycling. The system requires a bolt carrier group with an open channel to accommodate the guide rod during operation. In standard configurations, this recoil buffer system is used for AR-15 platforms equipped with the Maxim CQB stock for range use or controlled firing setups. The design integrates a captured spring and guide rod assembly to align with the proprietary stock configuration. This product is used for replacing or upgrading the internal recoil system within compatible Maxim Defense CQB stock-equipped firearms.
