The Outers Shotgun Cleaning Tool 12 Gauge is a cleaning rod designed for maintaining 12 gauge shotgun bores. This cleaning rod uses a full-length rigid internal structure to remove fouling and debris from the barrel interior. The Outers Shotgun Cleaning Tool features a takedown two-piece design for compact storage and transport.

The 12 gauge cleaning rod includes a layer-wrapped exterior with debris-collecting nap material that lifts carbon, powder residue, and fouling during use. It is constructed with a rigid internal rod for leverage and a comfortable handle for controlled cleaning motion. The tool is fully washable and packaged in a reusable storage tube for organized storage. In typical firearm maintenance, this shotgun cleaning tool is used to sweep through the bore with a twisting motion, and select configurations include an internal oiling mop stored within the handle for added cleaning functionality.
