This Rock River Arms complete upper receiver features a 16 inch chrome moly bull barrel with a 1:14 twist rate and is chambered in .458 SOCOM. It is designed to fit AR-15 lower receivers and includes a bolt carrier group and charging handle assembly.

The Rock River Arms Tactical Carbine complete upper receiver includes a 15 inch free float M-LOK handguard and an RRA Operator muzzle brake with 5/8×32 threading. A low profile gas block is installed for standard operation. The anodized black finish provides a uniform exterior surface. This product is used for AR-15 upper receiver replacement or rifle builds requiring .458 SOCOM chambering. In practical use, the complete assembly supports direct installation onto compatible AR-15 lower receivers.
