The Strike Industries Enhanced Castle Nut with QD fits AR-15 receiver extensions and includes an extended end plate for additional support along threaded areas. The integrated QD socket can be oriented for left or right side sling attachment. The design simplifies installation of the takedown pin and detent using a set screw. In normal operation, this assembly is used for rifle builds or replacement of standard castle nut components.
