About TASERs & ECDs
TASER Parts and Accessories
TASER parts are replacement and accessory components for Conducted Energy Weapons (CEWs) manufactured by Axon Enterprise, including cartridges, power magazines, batteries, holsters, cases, and training accessories. TASER parts are device-specific — each TASER model uses cartridges, batteries, and holsters designed for that model's electrical system, form factor, and cartridge bay dimensions. The current TASER civilian and law enforcement lineup includes the Pulse 2, Bolt 2, StrikeLight 2, TASER 7 Close Quarters (CQ), and TASER X1. Retired TASER models with available accessories include the X2 (retired 2023), X26P (retired 2020), StrikeLight (retired 2022), Pulse+ (retired 2022), Bolt/C2 (retired 2014), and X26 (retired 2014). TactaBlue stocks TASER parts from Axon, Blade-Tech, Safariland, BLACKHAWK!, and Plano for current and retired TASER devices.
TASER Cartridges
Self-Defense Cartridges
TASER self-defense cartridges contain 2 electrode probes connected to the TASER device by insulated conductive wires, a nitrogen gas propellant charge, and Anti-Felon Identification (AFID) confetti tags that disperse on firing for law enforcement tracking. Self-Defense Cartridges (from $59.99) are available for the TASER Pulse 2 and Bolt 2 devices. Each cartridge fires 2 probes that embed in the target's clothing or skin at a spread angle of 8 degrees, creating a probe spread of approximately 12 inches (304.8 mm) at a distance of 15 feet (4.6 m). The wider the probe spread, the more effective the Neuro-Muscular Incapacitation (NMI) effect, because a larger muscle group is affected between the 2 probe contact points.
Cartridges by TASER Model
TASER cartridges are not interchangeable between different TASER models due to differences in cartridge bay dimensions, electrical connectors, and probe wire lengths.
- Two-Pack of Live Cartridges for TASER X1/X26P/X26C/M26C ($69.99) — fits the TASER X1 and legacy X26P, X26C, and M26C models with a 15-foot (4.6 m) or 25-foot (7.6 m) probe deployment range
- Two-Pack of Live Cartridges for TASER 7 CQ ($89.99) — fits the TASER 7 Close Quarters model with a 12-foot (3.7 m) maximum deployment range designed for indoor and close-range encounters
- Two-Pack of Cartridges for TASER X2 ($99.99) — fits the dual-cartridge TASER X2 that holds 2 cartridges simultaneously for a second shot without reloading
Replace fired cartridges immediately after use. TASER cartridges have a 5-year shelf life from the date of manufacture. Store cartridges in a cool, dry environment between 32°F (0°C) and 130°F (54.4°C) to maintain propellant integrity and probe wire conductivity.
TASER Power Magazines
TASER power magazines are rechargeable battery packs that supply electrical energy to the TASER X1, X2, and X26P Conducted Energy Weapons and determine the cycle duration and number of available deployments per charge. Axon produces 4 power magazine variants for the X-series TASER platforms.
- Tactical Performance Power Magazine (TPPM) for X1/X2/X26P ($89.99) — provides 195 five-second deployment cycles and is the standard duty power magazine for law enforcement use
- Performance Power Magazine (PPM) for X1/X2/X26P ($89.99) — provides 195 five-second deployment cycles with a standard duty rating for patrol and civilian applications
- Extended Performance Power Magazine (XPPM) for X1/X26P ($98.90) — provides 500 five-second deployment cycles for extended service life between replacements
- Extended Automatic Shut-Down Performance Power Magazine (XAPPM) for X1/X26P ($79.99) — provides extended deployment cycles with an automatic shut-down feature that limits each deployment to a preset duration to reduce the risk of prolonged electrical exposure
Power magazines insert into the grip of the TASER X1, X2, and X26P and lock in place with a retention catch. The power magazine indicator on the TASER device displays the remaining charge level. Replace power magazines when the indicator shows 20% or less remaining capacity to ensure full deployment capability during use.
TASER Batteries
Pulse Series Battery Pack
The Pulse Series Battery Pack ($29.99) is a replaceable lithium battery pack that powers the TASER Pulse 2 and provides up to 50 thirty-second deployment cycles on a single battery. The Pulse Series Battery Pack slides into the grip frame of the Pulse 2 and locks in place with a spring-loaded retention clip. The TASER Pulse 2 displays a battery status indicator on the device body. Replace the Pulse Series Battery Pack when the battery indicator shows low charge.
TASER 7 CQ Battery
The TASER 7 CQ Battery ($89.99) is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack that powers the TASER 7 Close Quarters device and provides up to 150 five-second deployment cycles per charge. The TASER 7 CQ Battery charges through a dock or direct charger. The TASER 7 CQ displays remaining battery capacity on a digital readout integrated into the device body.
Battery Cap
The Battery Cap ($4.99) is a replacement end cap that covers and secures the battery compartment on the TASER Pulse 2 and Bolt 2 devices. The Battery Cap threads onto the base of the device grip and seals the battery compartment against moisture and debris. Replace the Battery Cap, if the threads become stripped or the cap no longer seats flush against the grip body.
TASER Holsters
Holsters for Civilian TASER Devices
Civilian TASER holsters carry the TASER Pulse 2, Bolt 2, and StrikeLight 2 in belt-mounted, Inside the Waistband (IWB), and Outside the Waistband (OWB) configurations.

- X1/X26P Blade-Tech Holster ($79.99) — Blade-Tech duty holster for the TASER X1 and X26P with adjustable retention
TASER holsters are model-specific and are not interchangeable between different TASER devices. The TASER Pulse 2, Bolt 2, X1, X2, and 7 CQ each have different body dimensions, cartridge bay profiles, and grip geometries that require a holster molded for the specific device.
TASER Cases and Bags
The TASER Case by Plano ($79.99) is a hard-shell protective case with pre-cut foam that holds 1 TASER device, spare cartridges, and accessories for storage and transport. The Plano case uses dual latches and a padlock-compatible hasp for secure storage. The Crossbody Bag with Bolt 2 and StrikeLight 2 Compartment ($34.99) is a nylon bag with dedicated compartments for carrying a TASER Bolt 2 and a TASER StrikeLight 2 together in a discreet crossbody configuration.
TASER Training and Safety Accessories
The Practice Target ($4.99) is a paper target printed with a human silhouette and probe impact zone markings for practicing TASER aim and probe placement at home or at a training facility. The target includes markings for the optimal probe spread zone on the torso. Safety Glasses ($9.99) protect the eyes during TASER training and cartridge deployment practice. Safety glasses are rated to ANSI Z87.1 impact resistance standards for protection against probe fragments and AFID tag debris during live cartridge firing.
