The Midwest Industries MI-AKSM Mount System is a scope mount system designed for attaching optics to AK rifles with a side receiver rail.

The Midwest Industries MI-AKSM Mount System is machined from 6061 aluminum and features a 6.75-inch railed top surface for mounting optics using a standard interface. It attaches to rifles equipped with an AK side rail and uses an Elite Defense quick detach system for repeat zero retention without tools. This mount system is T-marked for consistent optic positioning and is not compatible with certain Century Arms models with side rails. The design provides a stable mounting platform for optics on AK-pattern rifles. In normal operation, the AK scope mount supports repeatable installation and removal for range use or maintenance without altering the rifle platform.
