Glock 19X Magazine: OEM Coyote Tan, Extended, and Aftermarket Options

A Glock 19X magazine is a double-stack, polymer-bodied ammunition feeding device that holds 17 rounds of 9x19mm and inserts into the crossover Glock 19X grip. The Glock 19X combines a compact G19 slide (4.02-inch barrel) with a full-size G17 grip frame. The OEM Glock 19X magazine ships in a coyote tan finish to match the 19X frame. The Glock 19X uses the same full-size double-stack 9mm magazine well as the Glock 17, Glock 34, Glock 45, and Glock 47. All Glock 17 17-round magazines, 19-round +2 magazines, 24-round extended magazines, 33-round extended magazines, and 50-round drum magazines fit the Glock 19X. The Glock 19 15-round magazine also fits the 19X but does not fill the full-size grip.

Glock 19X 17-Round Standard Magazine

The Glock 19X 17-round standard magazine is a flush-fit 9mm magazine in coyote tan polymer that matches the 19X frame color. The 17-round magazine is the same capacity and dimensions as the standard Glock 17 magazine. The G17/19X 17-round coyote magazine (Glock part number) uses the same internal components as the black G17 Gen 5 magazine with a tan-colored polymer body.

Glock 19X Magazine +2 (19-Round)

The Glock 19X +2 magazine is a 19-round 9mm magazine with an extended coyote tan base plate that adds 2 rounds beyond the standard 17-round capacity. The +2 magazine extends approximately 0.5 inches (13 mm) below the standard floor plate. The 19-round magazine ships with the Glock 19X from the factory - the 19X includes two 19-round magazines and one 17-round magazine in the box.

Glock 19X 10-Round State-Compliant Magazine

The Glock 19X 10-round magazine is a capacity-restricted version for jurisdictions that limit magazine capacity to 10 rounds. The 10-round magazine uses the same full-size body dimensions as the 17-round magazine with an internal limiter.

Extended and Aftermarket Glock 19X Magazines

33-Round Extended Magazine

The Glock OEM 33-round extended magazine fits the Glock 19X and extends approximately 5.5 inches (140 mm) below the grip. The 33-round magazine is compatible with all Glock 9mm double-stack models. Aftermarket 33-round options include RWB steel-lined polymer magazines in black and tan.

50-Round Drum Magazine

The Magpul PMAG D-50 GL9 is a 50-round 9mm drum magazine compatible with the Glock 19X and all Glock 9mm double-stack models. The D-50 GL9 uses a dual-drum design with a ratcheting loading lever for easy loading without a separate tool.

Magpul PMAG GL9 Magazines

The Magpul PMAG 17 GL9 is a 17-round 9mm polymer magazine compatible with the Glock 19X. The PMAG GL9 features an anti-tilt follower, stainless steel spring, and paint-pen dot matrix for identification. The Magpul PMAG 27 GL9 provides 27 rounds in a mid-length extended configuration.

ETS Group Magazines

ETS Group manufactures translucent polymer magazines in 17-round and 31-round configurations compatible with the Glock 19X. The translucent body provides visual round-count verification without removing the magazine.

Glock 19X Magazine Compatibility

The Glock 19X accepts all Glock 9mm double-stack magazines from the G17, G17L, G18, G19, G34, G45, and G47 magazine families. Magazines from larger-capacity models (G17 17-round, G18 33-round) function without modification. The G19 15-round magazine fits the 19X but leaves a gap at the bottom of the full-size grip. The G26 10-round magazine does not reliably engage the 19X magazine catch.
